Welcome to Fenty Quenty Gallery, a limited-edition art store by Roman Vrbovský. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Fenty Quenty artworks are available in three collector-grade formats:

• Standard Edition – Archival fine art print
   
• Premium Edition – Print + NFT + Certificate
   
• Ultra-Premium Edition – Large-format print + NFT + QR-verified provenance
   

Each edition is limited and hand-numbered. Once sold out, editions will not be reprinted.

Premium and Ultra-Premium Editions include a unique NFT minted on the Solana blockchain.

• By purchasing, you own the NFT token and its metadata.
   
• Ownership of the NFT does not grant rights to reproduce, alter, or commercially exploit the artwork unless stated.
   
• NFTs are transferable and may be resold via compatible marketplaces.
   
• Fenty Quenty is not responsible for secondary market behavior.
   

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Roman Vrbovský.

Buyers receive:

• Personal use license: You may display the artwork (print and/or NFT) privately, in your home, virtual gallery, or digital wallet.
   
• No commercial license is granted unless explicitly written and signed.
   

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and selected crypto wallets for NFT bundles. Prices may vary over time due to rarity, demand, and edition status.

• Standard Edition: ships within 5–7 business days
   
• Premium / Ultra-Premium Editions: ship within 7–14 business days
   
• International orders may require additional customs clearance time
   

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Due to the limited and collectible nature of Fenty Quenty artworks, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges except in the case of:

• Artwork damaged in transit
   
• Incorrect order fulfilled
   

If your piece arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or solution.

We only collect data required to fulfill your order (name, email, shipping info, wallet address). We do not sell or share your data. Full details in our [Privacy Policy].

Once an NFT is transferred to your wallet:

• You are fully responsible for managing its security
   
• We cannot reissue lost or compromised NFTs
   

We strongly recommend using secure, verified wallets (e.g. Phantom, Solflare).

Fenty Quenty and its representatives are not liable for:

• Third-party wallet failures
   
• Delays due to blockchain congestion
   
• Marketplace issues beyond our control
